PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE :
SINCE MOST PRODUCTS TODAY ARE IMPORTS, WE WANT TO MAKE YOU AWARE THAT THERE CAN BE UNEXPECTED DELAYS THAT WE CANNOT CONTROL. WHILE ORDERS OFTEN COME IN EARLY, MANY TAKE 8-14 WEEKS. IF SOMETHING DOES TAKE LONGER THAN OUR ESTIMATE, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN OUR POWER TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU ARE INCONVENIENCED.
WE CANNOT PROVIDE FREE DELIVERIES OR DISCOUNT YOUR ORDER IF IT ARRIVES LATE.
PAYMENT AND STORAGE
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AT OUR WAREHOUSE. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IMMEDIATELY AND ASK THAT YOU BOOK YOUR DELIVERY OR PICK UP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS.
AFTER 30 DAYS THERE IS A $2 PER DAY STORAGE CHARGE.
 
DELIVERIES
WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR FURNITURE, WE CAN GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE OF THE DELIVERY AND SET UP CHARGES. THAT FEE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE UPON DELIVERY IF WE DISCOVER THAT THERE ARE ISSUES THAT WERE NOT CONSIDERED WHEN ARRIVING AT THE ESTIMATE (SUCH AS EXTRA FLIGHTS OF STEPS OR LONG DISTANCES TO CARRY FURNITURE TO YOUR HOME, DUE TO INACCESSIBLE PARKING).
 
ANY FURNITURE THAT CANNOT FIT INTO YOUR ROOM (HOME), THAT HAS TO COME BACK TO US WILL RESULT IN A 20% HANDLING AND RESTOCKING CHARGE. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR STAIRWAYS AHEAD OF TIME.
 
IF YOU ARE NOT HOME WHEN WE ARRIVE AND WE NEED TO BRING YOUR FURNITURE BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE, WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THAT DELIVERY AND FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT DELIVERY.
PICK-UPS
WE REQUIRE 1 HOUR NOTIFICATION FOR PICK-UPS SO THAT WE WILL HAVE YOUR ORDER READY.
 
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE ITEM (S) THAT YOU INTEND TO PICK UP. NOTE: MOST CONVERTIBLE CRIBS WILL ONLY FIT IN PICK-UP TRUCKS AND SOMETIMES IN OVERSIZED SUVS.
 
WE CANNOT TIE ITEMS TO YOUR CAR ROOF OR ON ANY PART OF YOUR CAR. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR IF ITEMS ARE DIFFICULT TO FIT OR IF SHIFTING IN TRANSIT CAUSES DAMAGE.
 
FURNITURE IS FRAGILE AND CAN EASILY BE DAMAGED IF IT IS NOT HANDLED WITH THE UTMOST OF CARE. YOUR BEST BET IS TO LET OUR PROFESSIONALS DO THE JOB!
 
IF YOU ARE PICKING UP AND ASSEMBLING YOUR FURNITURE, YOU ARE ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR.  IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED OR SERVICED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING IT BACK.  
 
 IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED THAT BOXES BE OPENED FOR INSPECTION UPON PICK-UP, SINCE IT WILL COMPROMISE THE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING MATERIALS.

Online Payments:

Babyfurniturewarehouse.com accepts payments through the service of PayPal®, an online payment service that accepts most major credit cards.   PayPal® is easy to use and the information asked of the consumer is the same as required by any online merchant credit account. You DO NOT have to sign up for PayPal® prior to choosing your items for purchase.  Advantages to using PayPal® include secure internet transactions and a free account that is setup for the consumer the very first time they use it. This allows the user to return to our site and process payment for new purchases by simply supplying a user name and password without resubmition of their entire personal information. In addition consumers may use their PayPal® account to pay for goods at any online store that accepts payments through PayPal®. Alternative Payment Methods:

If using PayPal® or making a payment online makes you feel uneasy then we are happy to process your order either via fax, mail, or phone. Simply print out your complete shopping cart page verifying the items on it without choosing the “checkout” option. You may then fax (781)942-7783, or mail the information to us at or Reading location. You must include your credit card information (number, expiration date, type, card holders name and billing address ) personal check, or money order and ship to information with your order. You may also call us with the order at (781)942-7978 x202.

Shipping Fees, Currency, Taxes, and Stock Availability:

The products available online are priced and payable only in US Dollars.  Massachusetts residents will have 6.25% sales tax added to their orders. No other currency can be accepted or exchanged. Unless otherwise stated, all our prices include shipping anywhere within the Continental United States via UPS ground transportation.  Additional charges will apply for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or APO's.

We normally process all orders every Thursday and Friday (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays). A full refund will be made in the rare instance that a particular item is not available for shipment. A “request for money” can be sent via PayPal® or via e-mail notification once the item is in stock.  

Prices are subject to change. For questions regarding shipment of products elsewhere or overnight express shipment, please call or e-mail us at the number or address provided on our contact page.

Refunds and Exchanges:

For Online Purchases we will accept new and resalable items in their original packaging returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping and handling charges if applicable.   Items must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition with all original parts.

When obvious damage to shipping package is noticed upon receipt DO NOT Accept the package. Any returns due to damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Credits through PayPal® will be granted for payments received through PayPal®. A company check will be issued within 12 days of receiving return for any item paid for with a money order or certified bank check.

All product lines carried by The Baby Furniture Warehouse Store, Inc. are manufactured by other independent companies which offer their own individual limited warrantees.

Please send exchanges or returns along with your name, address, phone number, and a printed copy of your purchase confirmation e-mail to our Reading address. You may also, if convenient for you, walk in to either of our store locations to exchange or return an online purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in in original packaging and in re-saleable condition with all parts.
